The Costa Blanca corresponds to the coastline of the Province of Alicante, which itself is part of the region of the Community of Valencia (one of 17 such regions in Spain). At first glance the Costa Blanca might seem rather big and difficult to get around, especially if you don't have a car; but don't despair, because every place of interest can be easily and cheaply visited using public transport.
