Though in a secluded spot the Montiboli is still a wonderful base to explore the area. Just minutes from Villajoyosa with its multi-coloured houses, new promenade, famous casino, castle and Moors and Christians festival, the hotel is also well positioned for trips further afield.
The small train to the elegant city of Alicante stops close to the hotel and puts the city's rich legacy of culture, history and marvellous summer entertainment programme within easy reach. Golfers too, are well catered for, with no less than 15 courses with driving distance, taking in some breathtaking scenery along the way. Of course, with a hire car there is much more to see and do on the coast and inland of the Coast Blanca.
