Wining and Dining
The Montíboli offers a unique dining experience in its restaurants as the food is produced, cultivated and bred totally naturally and organically at its own small-holding, the Finca El Clot.
Start with fresh eggs for breakfast in the panorama lounge accompanied by fragrant sea breezes and morning sun.
Lunch in relaxed surroundings at the Minaret restaurant overlooking the beach, and sample the freshest seafood, fish and rice dishes during the summer season.

Spend the evening dining in the Emperor restaurant where you will enjoy the superb cuisine and fine attention to detail of Chef Jean Marc Sanz; in an elegant, warm and inviting atmosphere.
As would be expected there is attentive waiter service and an excellent range of fine wines to accompany both lunch and dinner.

The Montíboli’s bars offer a relaxed informal atmosphere in the La Caleta beach bar and the La Proa pool bar which both serve cooling drinks in the heat of the day.
As the evening draws on, the Alhambra lounge bar, a Moorish influenced haven of sophistication, becomes a meeting place for kindred spirits, cocktails and liqueurs, before and after dinner.
