The world famous Cirque du Soleil company are bringing their fabulous show 'Quidam' to Alicante, when, from July 24 to August 31they'll be performing in a special 'Big Top' near the city's university.

It's an enormous international undertaking with no less than 15 nationalities represented in the cast, 250 costumes and an impressive 120-foot overhead conveyor to bring the artists onto the stage.
If that wasn't enough, over 8 million people have seen the show since it was premiered in Montreal in 1996.
With room for 2600 people in each performance the big top is selling out fast and already over 20,000 tickets have been sold. As usual the production will be a thrilling combination of acrobatic artistry, technical expertise, extravagant design and exceptional musical inspiration.

Well worth the money with the best tickets costing €70 for ringside seats down to €25 and with discounts for children. Tickets can be bought from El Corte Ingles or the Cirque du Soleil Website
