Alicante plays host to some of the best musicians from all over the world in July when the second edition of the World Music Festival takes place. The city's Theatre is the venue for the following gigs;
17th Motown4real with Tito Jackson and the Jack Ashford Band from the USA
18th Youssou N'Dour form Senegal
19th Arturo Sandoval from Cuba
24th Diego el Cigal from Spain playing Flamenco
26th Steve Winwood from UK
